About Bluecopa
Bluecopa is an AI-native finance operations platform that automates Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) on a single unified data spine — so finance teams close faster, reconcile at scale, and run on real-time, trustworthy numbers. We exist to bring finance into its next age of tooling, and eventually make it autonomous.

- Container Operations: Deploy, maintain, and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and build automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple software services and testing environments.
- Infrastructure as Code: Learn and contribute to infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and/or Pulumi.
- Automation: Write basic Python and shell scripts to automate deployment tasks, routine monitoring, and maintenance.
- Monitoring & Observability: Monitor system metrics and track environment health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, security, and senior infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot minor environment incidents and handle support tickets.
- System Administration: Apply basic principles of Linux administration, cloud networking, and configuration management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or Junior DevOps role (strong internships and relevant technical projects also count).
- Cloud Exposure: Hands-on exposure to at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, or OCI).
- Containers & Orchestration: Basic working knowledge of Docker and foundational concepts of Kubernetes cluster architecture.
- OS Fundamentals: Solid core fundamentals in Linux administration and basic cloud networking.
- Scripting Skills: Basic programming and scripting ability in Python or Shell/Bash scripting.
- CI/CD Concepts: Understanding of CI/CD methodologies with exposure to tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GCP Cloud Build.
- Infrastructure as Code: Theoretical understanding or basic exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Foundational understanding of cloud security configurations (IAM roles, firewalls).
- Exposure to cloud cost tracking or system monitoring setups.
- Basic understanding of microservices architectures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or agile software development environment.
