About the Role

Own the front-end experience of customer-facing solutions end to end. This is a senior UX-focused developer role — you bridge design and engineering, translating complex requirements into interfaces that are both polished and performant. You'll mentor freshers and raise the UX/quality bar across Solution Design.

What You'll Do

Core UI Engineering: Build and own production UI features in ReactJS + TypeScript.
Data Visualization: Implement data-heavy, interactive interfaces — dashboards, grids, charts, forms.
Design System Synergy: Partner with designers on interaction patterns; contribute to and extend the design system.
Quality Advocacy: Champion usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product.
Code Leadership: Review PRs, mentor junior developers, and enforce UI/UX standards.
Performance Optimization: Optimize rendering and interaction performance for large datasets.

Must Have

3–4 years building production web UIs with ReactJS.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS (Flexbox/Grid, responsive design).
Deep understanding of React's component model, state, and hooks.
Strong product-design sensibility — you push for the better experience, not just a working one.
Comfort with REST APIs, async data handling, and Git/PR workflows.

Nice to Have

Tailwind CSS or other design-token systems.
Data-viz/grid libraries (ECharts, D3, AG Grid).
Experience collaborating closely in Figma.
Accessibility (WCAG) and performance profiling.

Part of your mandate is bridging the gap between design and engineering. What is your experience collaborating in Figma and extending shared UI design systems or token systems like Tailwind CSS to keep layouts clean and consistent? *

We look for engineers who push for a polished user experience rather than just a functional one. Can you describe a time when you proactively modified or challenged a UI/UX requirement because you noticed an edge case or a way to make the workflow significantly more intuitive for the end-user? *

You will be responsible for reviewing pull requests, enforcing code quality, and mentoring freshers on the team. Can you give a brief example of how you have previously guided a junior developer to improve their code structure, accessibility (WCAG), or styling practices? *
